hack·I·cious·ly
With the relish of a hacker — the pleasure of the elegant kludge. Doing it the clever way because the clever way is delicious, not because it is better.
He solved it hackiciously, in four lines nobody else could read.
Etymologyhack + -iciously. Proposed as hackisiously; English writes /ʃəs/ as -cious, -tious or -xious, never -sious.
NoteMonosyllabic bases cannot fail the stress test — there is nowhere for the stress to sit but adjacent to the suffix. Hackish exists (Jargon File) but only classifies; -icious evaluates.
