As first written
entitledfication
Stands today exactly as it was first set down.

The process of becoming entitled: the slow drift by which a favour turns into an expectation, an expectation into a right, and a right into something owed.

Three years of free upgrades, and the entitledfication was complete: the first time he paid, he complained.

Etymologyentitled + -fication. The regular build would be entitlification, from the verb entitle, but that leans toward the legal sense, being given title to something. Keeping the -ed builds on the adjective instead, entitled as an attitude, so the word means becoming entitled in the sense of acting it, not being granted it.

NoteEnglish has a word for the state, entitlement, and none for the process. Entitlement also has a dry legal sense (benefits, rights, permissions in software), so it cannot say whether someone has a right or merely feels they do. Entitledfication can: it only ever means the feeling, and it names the drift rather than the end point. The -ification is earned on the systemic reading: loyalty schemes, perks that became expected, and platforms that teach users that the free tier is owed. The seam is rough on purpose. -ledf- is not a cluster English likes, and you hear the -ed sticking out of the middle of the word, the participle refusing to dissolve, which is roughly what entitled people do.
